# SQL-016 Retrieve attorney firm list for other parties

Retrieves `OTHER_FIRM` rows of type `ATTY` or `OUTC` (attorney or outside counsel firm), unioned with a leading blank/"no selection" row from `DUAL`, for the `ATTORNEYLISTSQL` code-table lookup used by the other-parties maintenance UI.
